TRAFFIC cops have cracked down on drivers failing to stop at red lights in the Clyde Tunnel.
Officers were approached by Clyde Tunnel Control who were experiencing an issue of drivers not stopping at red traffic signals while the tunnel is undergoing maintenance.
Road police have now sent warnings to 13 drivers that they will be prosecuted.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Glasgow Road Policing were contacted by Clyde Tunnel Control regarding drivers failing to comply with red traffic signals during tunnel maintenance.
"13 drivers now have a Notice Of Intended Prosecution being sent to them in the post.
