NICK Nairn and his wife have helped hand out food to people in need in Glasgow
The chef and his wife Julia joined Homeless Project Scotland on Argyle Street last night to help dish out warm food to those in "difficult circumstances".
On Twitter, Nick shared a picture of the queue at the soup kitchen under the Heilanman's Umbrella, as well as a video of Julia who was serving macaroni cheese.
He tweeted: "After a sweltering day in the polly tunnel @joolsnairn and I drove through to Glasgow to help out under the Heilanman umbrella where a brilliant, insightful and humbling organisation "Homeless Project Scotland" are feeding people who find themselves in difficult circumstances."
