A WOMAN is accused of endangering a man's life in an alleged baseball bat attack.
Jodie Coyle, 31, allegedly assaulted Thomas Kerr in Glasgow's Shettleston on October 27, last year.
Court papers state Coyle acted with another to strike him on the head and body with a baseball bat repeatedly causing him to fall to the ground.
It is claimed that they thereafter stamped on and kicked his head repeatedly.
Coyle pleaded not guilty today at Glasgow Sheriff Court to the assault to Mr Kerr's injury and danger of life.
She also denied a separate charge of having a baseball bat in public without a reasonable excuse or lawful authority.
A trial was set for February next year by Sheriff Matthew Jackson QC.
Coyle, of Shettleston, was granted bail meantime.
