A NEW fast food restaurant is set to open in the city centre.
Frites, which will specialise in Belgian hand-cut fries, will open on Hope Street, across the road from Glasgow Central Station.
The eatery, which is described as the "first of its own kind" in the city, will be open daily serving twice-cooked fries with a wide variety of sauces and seasoning.

The menu shows it will also serve pizzas and a range of sides.
While an opening date has not been announced, the website says Frites will be "opening soon".
Frites will be located at 31 Hope Street and will be open from 11.30am to 11pm each day.
