Police officers are looking for a man who went missing from South Lanarkshire.
James Lindsay, 50, has not been in contact with friends since around 5pm yesterday and they are growing worried for his wellbeing.
He is described as white, around 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build, with short brown hair and blue eyes.
Officers are appealing to anyon ewho has information on his whereabouts to reach out to them.

Inspector Sacha Solman, from the Hamilton Police Office, said: “We’re growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of James and we would ask that if anyone may have seen him or knows his current whereabouts to please contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference number 2827 of Tuesday, August 2, 2022.”
