A MAN was rushed to hospital after being attacked outside a shop in Lenzie.
The assault occurred outside a shop on Gallowhill Road on Wednesday afternoon, August 3, the Scottish Sun reported.
An eyewitness told the newspaper the pavement was covered in blood after the attack.

Emergency services rushed to the scene and cops taped off the area surrounding the shop.
Police Scotland confirmed the incident and enquiries are ongoing.
A spokesperson said: "Police were called around 3pm to a report of a man being assaulted in Galloway Road.
"The man has been taken to hospital and enquiries are ongoing."
