A 999 call was made in North Glasgow today after a person was found lying on the pavement.
Crews raced to the scene at Parkgate supermarket in Springburn this afternoon.
Community Facebook group No1Seems2Care reported: "Ongoing incident at the Parkgate Shops on Balgrayhill Road.
"The police and ambulance services are in attendance. Hope everyone is okay."

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 2.50 pm on Thursday, August 4, police received a report of someone lying on a pavement in Balgrayhill Road, Glasgow.
"This is being treated as a medical matter and SAS should be contacted for any further information."
The Scottish Ambulance Service was contacted for comment.
