TWO men have been arrested in connection with an attack in Lenzie on Wednesday.
A 27-year-old had been rushed to hospital after being attacked outside a shop on Gallowhill Road on Wednesday afternoon, August 3.
Eyewitnesses had told of blood covering the pavement after the attack.

Emergency services had rushed to the scene and cops taped off the area surrounding the shop.
Now Police Scotland has confirmed two men, aged 27 and 37, have been arrested and charged in connection with the assault.
The men appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on August 4 and 5.
A police spokesperson said: "Around 3pm on Wednesday, 3 August, 2022, officers were called to a report of a 27-year-old man having been assaulted in Gallowhill Road, Lenzie.
"He was taken to hospital for treatment.
"Two men, aged 27 and 37, have been arrested and charged in connection and appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday, August 4, 2022 and Friday, August 5, 2022."
