Six by Nico has announced its latest theme today and, for the first time ever, the fine dining spot will offer a fully vegan experience.
The popular concept restaurant sees a menu change every six weeks with past examples including Once Upon a Time, Guilty Pleasures and Hanoi.
Starting from August 29, diners will be taken on a culinary voyage to the Mediterranean with a new Greece theme.
Expect six coursed bursting with sunshine from Lamb Belly and Sausage with smoked baba ganoush and an upmarket take on Gyros served with chicken, tomato terrine and crispy confit potato.
While a veggie option is always on offer at all Six by Nico restaurants, the big news of the day is a new fully plant-based menu which will include Moussaka, Glazed Aubergine and a Baklava dessert.

The Six by Nico team said on social media: “Nestled in the heart of three beautiful oceans you’ll find the perfect mixture of sun, sea and most of all, simplicity.
“A country known for its laid-back living and endless white architecture, you’ll not be mistaken for thinking you’ve been transported to a little bit of heaven on earth.
“A bounty of flavour is packed into every dish iconic of the mainland and islands - gyros, olives, feta, olive oil, tzatziki, meze and baklava, to name a few.
"And for the first time ever, we're excited to introduce our full Vegan tasting menu.
“Are you ready for an adventure?”
