A GLASGOW restaurant has won the prize for being the best in Scotland at a national awards ceremony.
Ga Ga Kitchen and Bar, located on Dumbarton Road, won Restaurant of the Year at last night's Scottish Pub and Bar Awards.
The South East Asian restaurant has been open for less than a year and beat stiff competition including The Dome and Kyloe in Edinburgh and Glasgow food spots Ralph and Finns and The Ubiquitous Chip.

Taking to social media, the team made the announcement to their followers: "We won! Best Restaurant of the Year!
"This is such a massive buzz for us in our first 9 months, it’s taken a lot of hard work and positivity from our magnificent team.
"Woke up with the biggest smiles on our faces today!"
The news was well-received by loyal customers, one of whom commented: "Many many congratulations to everyone at Ga Ga, tremendous achievement!"
Another said: "Very well deserved."
