A temporary Post Office has re-opened in an attempt to restore postal services to a local community.
Since their office on Main Street closed last month, locals in Bellshill have been left without a nearby service.
Now it has been reintroduced to the area and opened in Bellshill Shopping Centre on Wednesday, September 14.
It is a short-term measure before a more permanent fixture is secured.
With two counters, the temporary Post Office has a range of services available including bill paying, cash withdrawals, postage, home shopping collections and returns.
The opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
Steven Simpson, Post Office Network Provision Lead, said: “We are delighted to have restored a Post Office to Bellshill as we know how important a Post Office is to a community.”
