A major retailer has made a bid to take over a vacant unit in Glasgow's West End.
Paperchase has applied for permission to put up signs on a property previously occupied by clothing brand Fatface.
The unit, at 310 Byres Road in Hillhead, could become the popular stationery brand's newest shop, if plans are approved by Glasgow City Council.
