A man is accused of raping a teenage girl almost nine years ago then failing to turn up for a court date.
Waleed Jamal, 32, is charged with carrying out the attack at a flat in Greenock, Inverclyde on December 28 2013.
It is said Jamal struck while the then 15 year-old was "asleep and intoxicated" making her incapable to give consent.
