There's good news for health-conscious foodies today as a new cafe prepares to open in Glasgow's West End.

Taking over the former Flock on Argyle Street, Zest will be opening soon specialising in smoothies, protein shakes and protein bars amongst other healthy treats.
The team has given little further information on what to expect at the moment but has provided an email address for any enquiries at zestcafewest.gmail.com.

Flock first opened in June last and was known for a menu of fried chicken and filled rolls as well as roasting their own coffee on site.
