A man has been accused of lighting a pyrotechnic above the heads of police officers at a Scottish independence rally.
Nathan Hennebry, 21, allegedly committed the offence at Glasgow's Kelvingrove Park on November 6, 2021.
Independence group All Under One Banner organised the march which took place during the COP26 summit.

Court papers state Hennebry, of Dumbarton, West Dunbartonshire, culpably and recklessly ignited multiple pyrotechnic flares whilst in a crowded area.
It is claimed he held a flare above the heads of officers Herman Du Preez and Ryan McGuire.
The charge goes on to say that this caused sparks to land on their clothing and placed them in danger of injury.
Hennebry pleaded not guilty today to the single charge at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
A two-day trial was fixed for March next year by Sheriff Andrew Cubie.
Hennebry had his bail continued meantime.
