A Glasgow McDonald's donated £1000 to a cancer charity after one of their colleagues was treated there.
The team at the fast food restaurant in Anniesland made the donation to the Beatson Cancer Charity after a team member underwent treatment there, while another staff member's mother is also being looked after by them.
The donation will go towards maintaining the care and facilities at the charity.

Funds were raised through the McDonald's in the Community Foundation, set up by 16 branches in Scotland.
It uses the proceeds from 10p carrier bag charges and distributes the funds to various charities across the country, and in 2021 the donations totalled £3.9million.
McDonald’s franchisee Marc Shenken, who owns and operates the restaurants in Dumbarton and Anniesland, said: “Supporting our local community is of upmost importance to my team and me, which is why I was so pleased to see the McDonald’s in the Community Foundation officially launch this year.
"It means that each restaurant group can make meaningful contributions to charities in the communities that we operate in.
"Beatson Cancer Charity is a fantastic organisation, which makes such a meaningful difference to people living with cancer.
"We’re so pleased to be able to help keep their great work going with this donation.”
