Amy Macdonald has reacted to a catfish who has used her photo for a Tinder profile.
The Scottish singer took it in good humour when she discovered that her picture had been used to create a profile on the popular dating app.
She shared a screenshot of the profile on Twitter, which showed her as a 23-year-old called Mercedes who is 'recently single' and needs a 'clubbing partner'.

Amy, 35, joked that she had 'endless gratitude' that the person thought she could pass for 23.
The post has since had over 1300 likes, and fans were quick to comment.
One joked: "Ffs, I matched and thought I'd struck lucky."
Another asked if Amy's husband, former Rangers and Partick Thistle player Richard Foster, knew about the profile.ย
