A POPULAR seaside chippy located a short drive from Glasgow has made it to the final three in the National Fish and Chip Awards.
The Fish Works in Largs will battle it out against Codfellas in Ipswich and Henleys of Wivenhoe in Colchester to be given Quality Accreditation at the 2023 awards.
Sponsored by JFK, The Quality Accreditation category celebrates businesses throughout the UK that give their customers the best quality fish and chips.

The winner will be decided by a panel of experts in a ceremony hosted by the National Federation of Fish Friers at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.
Comedian and presenter Jason Manford will present the awards, which will be held on February 28.
