He said: "For anyone who knows me or follows me or has watched me on Lord Sugar's Apprentice, you will know that I have been on a massive journey of self-development over the past five years.

"Now, at 26, I sit here as the CEO of two successful companies, so I'd like to make it my mission to educate, inspire and empower everybody else in Scotland to put their self out there and try and achieve what they want to achieve."

Reece revealed the podcast will feature a range of guests who "inspire" him and have "educated" him.

He said: "I have business coaches, my life coach, I've got friends, I've got massive CEOs, but ultimately we're going to sit down and talk about the mistakes, the mishaps and the make-ups that have made our businesses over the years.

"But most importantly, we're going to have a right good laugh."

The Scottish CEO Show will be available on YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcast.
