"We’re making real progress in delivering more new affordable homes across North Lanarkshire, regenerating our communities and town centres, creating jobs and boosting the local economy.

"I hope our tenants enjoy their new homes which are built for the future and will last for generations to come – all part of our long-term vision to make North Lanarkshire the place to live."

The new homes all meet Houses for Varying Needs which means homes are accessible to adapt to tenants' mobility needs and are secure by design.

They are also designed to be sustainable, well insulated and highly energy efficient, benefiting tenants' comfort and helping to tackle fuel poverty.
