A MAN is accused of displaying an offensive banner at an Old Firm game.
Aiden Glover, 22, allegedly committed the crime at Celtic Park on May 1, 2022.
The Hoops hosted Rangers in a match that would finish 1-1.
Court papers state that Glover behaved in a threatening or abusive manner.
It is claimed that Glover painted an offensive remark on to a banner.
The charge goes on to say that Glover then displayed the banner to opposition supporters.
The alleged offence is said to be aggravated by religious prejudice.
A trial was to take place on Tuesday at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
However, this was postponed until July with a hearing taking place next month.
Glover, of the city’s Baillieston, is ordained meantime.
