THE police probe into a pub fire in Glasgow has finished.
As the Glasgow Times reported at the time, emergency services were called to Shettleston Road shortly after 2pm on Tuesday, May 16.
A 33-year-old man was rushed to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment following the incident.
Now, the force has confirmed that the investigation has finished and the fire was found to be not suspicious.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.10pm on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, police were called to a report of a fire at a premises in the Shettleston Road area of Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and a 33-year-old man was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
“The fire is not suspicious and enquiries are complete.”
