A man has been charged after a bus crashed into a bridge in Glasgow.
As we reported at the time, emergency services raced to Cook Street just before midday on Sunday after reports of a crash, which wiped the roof off a bus.
As a result, 10 people were taken to hospital.
Now, police confirmed that a 48-year-old man has been charged with a road traffic offence following the incident.
A force spokesperson said: "A 48-year-old man has been charged with a road traffic offence following a crash in Glasgow.
"Around 11.35am on Sunday, May 21 2023, officers received a report of a bus crashing into a bridge on Cook Street.
"Emergency services attended and 10 people were taken to various hospitals for treatment.
"A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and the man is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court at a later date."
