Cops have made two arrests following an 'incident' in a residential street.
An emergency response was called to Beechwood Drive in Coatbridge on Wednesday, May 17.
Officers received a report of a disturbance in the area.
A man and woman, both 28, were later taken to hospital.
The force has since arrested and charged two men, aged 25 and 40, in connection with the alleged incident.
They are both due to appear in court on Friday, July 7.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Two men, aged 25 and 40, have been arrested and charged in connection with a disturbance, which took place in Beechwood Drive, Coatbridge, on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.
"Both are expected to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court on Friday, July 7, 2023."
