The current owner is now looking to pass the reins onto a new restauranteur and has listed the venue with an asking price of £274,995.
With a capacity to seat 50 guests, the eatery also has a delivery service in place and there is strong scope for lunchtime trading.
The restaurant has an annual turnover of £247,991 and a gross profit of £201,137.
