Cops have revealed why there was a heavy police presence at a flat in the East End.
Multiple police vans were spotted at flats in the city's Sandyhills on Tuesday evening.
The force confirmed that they had been called to a concern for person report.
A woman had taken unwell at the flat on Balbeggie Street.
She was given naloxone and taken to hospital.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.15pm on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, police were called to a report of a concern for person at a flat in Balbeggie Street, Glasgow.
“Officers attended and administered naloxone to a 46-year-old woman who had taken unwell.
“The woman was taken by ambulance to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.”
