A popular eatery has been acquired by a restaurant group.
Giovanni's Italian Kitchen, which was opened in Hamilton in 2021 by the Frailoli family, is being taken over by Meraki Restaurant Group.
As part of the move, Meraki has introduced new menus to incorporate their own twist, while still sourcing the finest Italian ingredients to produce top-quality dishes.
Despite putting their own spin on the restaurant, bosses have promised a 'seamless' transition of ownership meaning that loyal customers can continue to experience the same standards and high-quality authentic Italian cuisine.
Meraki's co-founder Fallon Cowley said: "We are excited to welcome Giovanni's into the Meraki family.
"Our mission is to deliver authentic Italian cuisine that combines great quality and impressive value.
"We are committed to upholding Giovanni's legacy while infusing our own unique touch."
