Police reveal reason why Glasgow bridge was closed earlier today (Image: Newsquest)
POLICE revealed the reason why a Glasgow bridge was closed off in the early hours of this morning.
It comes after officers taped off the city's Squinty Bridge at around 1am on Friday, October 13.
Several police vehicles were seen at the scene, while the fire service was also in attendance.
Now officers have said they were responding to a call for a concern of a person.
No further details were provided by the force.
