A teenage boy has been arrested amid an outbreak of alleged antisocial behaviour.
A gang of youths was spotted lighting off fireworks in the Dyke Road area of Knightswood around 8pm on Saturday night.
Cops raced to the scene and apprehended a 14-year-old boy in connection with the alleged incident.
He has been reported to the Scottish Children's Reporter Administration.
The Glasgow Times understands several neighbours spotted a large blue light presence around the area while the force probed the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8pm on Saturday, October, 14 2023, police received a report of anti-social behaviour and the discharge of fireworks by a group of youths in the Dyke Road area of Glasgow.
“Officers attended and a 14-year-old boy was arrested and charged in connection with the incident. He will be reported to the Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration.”
