CCTV footage has been released following an incident on a Glasgow train.
A serious assault took place on board a ScotRail service between Glasgow Central and Kilwinning on the evening of Saturday, August 12, 2023, at around 11.30pm.
Transport cops investigating the incident are urging the two men in the CCTV to come forward, as they believe they can help with the probe.
Both are described as white males who are aged in their mid to late twenties.
The first is of a muscular build with dark short hair and was wearing a black Nike t-shirt and jeans.
The second was of a medium build and wore a dark skip cap, dark t-shirt and jeans.
Detective Constable Finlay Bruce said: “We would ask these males or anyone who may recognise them to contact us.
"Additionally, if anyone witnessed this assault or has any information about it, please get in touch”.
