The leasehold rent is £925 per month and while it expires in December 2024, there is the opportunity to extend this.
One of many competing food and drink spots in the area, the Coffee Counter is known for its range of sit-in and takeaway breakfasts and lunches including sandwiches and toasties.
Located on Dumbarton Road near where it meets Crow Road, the location is described as 'highly visible' with good repeat custom from nearby residents and businesses.
A new owner will be taking on a fully refurbished venue in walk-in condition, with a combination of inside and outside seating.
The cafe is currently open from 8pm to 4pm five days a week but there is potential to extend this to seven days.
