A major retailer which closed in Glasgow city centre will be replaced by a coffee shop.
We previously reported that plans had been submitted by Black Sheep Coffee to move into an empty unit on Sauchiehall Street.
The store was previously occupied by the shoe store Dr Martens which then moved to Buchanan Street.
Now the council has approved the plans for the new chain, which will be the second on the busy shopping street as they opened at 254 Sauchiehall Street last year.
The floor plan shows a retail area at the front of the store, a seating area, a servery, a condiment area and an accessible toilet.
