Plans to develop six homes in Hamilton have been given the go-ahead.
An application to build flats at the corner of Butterburn Park was presented to councillors at the planning committee meeting this week (December 12).
The new development will consist of a three-storey block with six residential flats.
And the flats will include four one bedroom homes as well as two two-bedroom properties.
The site for the development was previously a playground, however, the play equipment was removed many years ago and has since been used by the council as an informal storage depot for vehicles and containers.
