A man accused of a string of sexual offences towards a young girl in Scotland and Germany has a warrant out for his arrest.

Sanders Gray, 59, is said to have attacked the girl between April 2008 and February 2011.

The alleged victim is stated to have been aged between 12 and 14 at the time.

Court papers state Gray used lewd, indecent and libidinous practices and behaviour towards her at a flat in Glasgow's Hyndland.

The allegation includes claims Gray, of Greenock, Inverclyde, instructed her to undress and enter his bed.

The charge says he inappropriately touched the child.

A separate charge states Gray repeated the same conduct at a property near Bremen in Germany.

The girl is further stated to have been sexually assaulted at the same property in a similar manner.

There is also a docket which will be read to jurors about evidence the Crown intends to lead.

It is claimed that Gray - at a property in Bangor, Northern Ireland - instructed the girl to undress and enter his bed.

The docket says he compelled her to touch his body, touched her on the breasts and touched her on an intimate area.

Gray was due to appear on Friday for the first time at Glasgow Sheriff Court.

However, he did not appear and a warrant was granted for his arrest by Sheriff Brian Cameron.
