COPS are still searching for answers following a serious assault in Glasgow just days before Christmas last year.
We previously reported that officers raced to Westmuir Street in Parkhead on Thursday, December 21, after a man was seriously assaulted.
Following the incident horrified witnesses told the Glasgow Times the man had been "stabbed in the neck" and "covered in blood".
He was rushed to hospital for treatment.
Now, officers have said they are still searching for answers following the disturbance.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland previously said: "Around 12.30pm on Thursday, December 21, we received a report that a man had been seriously assaulted in Westmuir Street, Glasgow.
"He was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
"Enquiries are ongoing.”
