A cottage in Kilsyth could be replaced by two new houses if a planning application is approved.
North Lanarkshire Council will decide whether to permit the demolition of the cottage in Mid Barrwood Road in order to build two semi-detached houses.
Several nearby properties have already been notified of the application, which proposes a pair of two-storey homes each with their own garden areas.
For further information on the application, or to comment on the proposals, visit North Lanarkshire Council’s website and search for planning reference 24/00003/FUL.
A note in this application indicates that this is an updated version of a previous application, as it was determined that a new planning application would need to be submitted to allow consultation to consider siting and construction materials for the new houses.
