A MAN has been arrested after 'potentially hazardous substances' have been found at a property in Glasgow.
Officers originally raced to an address on Old Shettleston Road in the East End at 2.20pm on Monday, February 5, after receiving a report of concern for a person.
Following that, police discovered a quantity of potentially hazardous substances within the property.
During the incident, the area was locked down with cops and local road closures were put in place until 11pm last night.
A 42-year-old man has since been arrested in connection with the incident.
Police have also said they will remain in the area, however, there is no risk to the wider public.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Enquiries are continuing."
