A BUSY road in Glasgow is set to be closed for one day this week.
Glasgow City Council has said Langside Avenue will be shut between Pollokshaws Road and Algie Street from 9.30am until 6pm on Wednesday, February 7.
It will be closed to allow urgent carriageway lining replacement works in the area.
During the road works, drivers are being urged to 'avoid the area'.
However, a signed diversion will be in place.
