Cops who carried out 'expert sleuthing' work managed to recover two nicked motors in Glasgow.

Officers from Road Policing Scotland said they discovered two stolen cars in Maryhill on Wednesday, February 28, following investigation work.

After that, police say both the vehicles were then returned to their owners.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Not one, but two stolen vehicles recovered this morning in Maryhill by Glasgow Road Policing thanks to some expert sleuthing by the officers involved.

"Both vehicles reunited with their owners.

"This is in addition to the stolen vehicle recovered with Tracker UK yesterday in Tollcross."
