A popular Glasgow bar has been 'stripped away' after its sad closure.
Yes Bar served as a pro-independence hospitality venue co-owned by Suzanne McLaughlin and her ex-husband.
It closed in 2019 due to 'expensive plumbing issues' and there has been uncertainty over whether it would welcome punters again.
Now McLaughlin has revealed that the unit on Drury Street has been 'stripped away' and emptied.
She wrote on Twitter/X: "An expensive plumbing issue at the same time as horrible separation/divorce between me & once beloved co-owner of YesBar Glasgow.
"Sadly he and I became two bald men fighting over a comb. A sad day to see it stripped away but a sense of peace for me - it’s all over at last."

Gutted punters shared their sadness at the bar being taken away, with one saying: "Awww I loved this wee bar, brilliant atmosphere."
Another wrote: "Shame to see what has happened. I was a fan of the place even before it was Yesbar."
