THE closure of a busy Glasgow road has been postponed due to "issues".
We previously reported that Victoria Road in the city's Southside would be shut between the junctions of Allison Street and Queens Drive.
This was scheduled to take place from 8am on Tuesday, April 9 until 5pm on Thursday, April 11.
However, Glasgow City Council roads department has now revealed that due to operational issues, the closure has been postponed.
The work will now take place at a later date.
A spokesperson said: "These works have been postponed due to operational issues and will be rescheduled."
