A man was caught driving without insurance and a licence just days before Christmas.
Robert Mikolajczyk, 46, was stopped by police around 10.20am on Battlefield Road on December 20, 2023.
Road conditions were light and dry and as the cops talked to him it was revealed that he was disqualified from driving.
He was arrested, cautioned and charged.

Mikolajczyk, of Croftfoot, appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court this week after he pleaded guilty to the offences.
His lawyer told Sheriff Simone Sweeney: "He is 46 years old, the incident took place just before Christmas.
"He slept in for work and stupidly decided to take the car. He was disqualified sometime earlier. He knows this was a poor error.
"He works at a fish farm. He has been in the country since 2007 to make a better life."
Mikolajczyk was disqualified from driving for 12 months and sentenced to 120 hours of unpaid work.
He will also be supervised by a social worker for a year.
