999 crews were called to an incident in Glasgow city centre this morning.
Two cars collided on Bath Street near its junction with Douglas Street at around 7.40am on Friday.
Fire crews, ambulances and police were pictured at the scene in images sent to the Glasgow Times.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that they had been dispatched to the scene.
One person was taken into the care of paramedics.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 7.45am on Friday, 24 May, to reports of a road traffic collision involving two vehicles on Douglas Street, Glasgow.
“Operation Control mobilised one fire appliance to the scene, and one casualty was handed to the Scottish Ambulance Service.
“Crews left after ensuring the area was made safe.”
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.35am on Friday, May 24, 2024, police received a report of a two-vehicle crash on Bath Street, Glasgow. Recovery was arranged.”
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received a call at 07:54 hours today to attend a two-car road traffic collision on Bath Street, Glasgow.
"We dispatched one ambulance and one rapid response vehicle to the scene and transported one patient to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.”
