A Glasgow festival which was cancelled has confirmed plans for a one-off event.
We previously reported that bosses of Riverside Festival had made the decision to axe the event, which was due to take place on the weekend of May 25 and 26.
The festival, which takes place annually on the grounds of the Riverside Museum, was scrapped due to 'lower-than-expected ticket' sales, increased costs and an 'over-saturated event landscape'.

However, they also teased that they would be planning 'something exciting' for Saturday, August 31.
They will host a one-off outdoor event at the Riverside Museum with confirmed acts including Skin on Skin in their only Scottish show, Kettama, La La, Hayley Zalassi and Dija.
A spokesperson said: "We are delighted to finally be able to share news of our first outdoor, one-stage event at the Riverside Museum. On Saturday, August 31 we have an all-star lineup."
The original Riverside Festival line-up was set to include Green Velvet, LF SYSTEM, Slam, LA LA, Charlie Sparks, FRANCK, Reinier Zonneveld, TSHA, Eliza Rose, Grace Dahl B2B Stephanie Sykes, Ben Klock and Dax J.
Last year, the event celebrated its 10th anniversary.
