An 'incident' on a busy Glasgow street sparked a 999 response.
Police say they were called to an alleged disturbance on Stronend Street in the city's Possilpark on Sunday, June 23.
The force was called to the incident shortly after 10pm.
999 crews raced to the scene and a 39-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, a 17-year-old boy was checked over by ambulance crews.
Following that, both men were arrested and charged in connection.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Around 10.25pm on Sunday, June 23, 2024, we were called to a report of a disturbance in Stronend Street, Possilpark, Glasgow.
"Emergency services attended and a 39-year-old man was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
"A 17-year-old male youth was checked at the scene by the Scottish Ambulance Service.
"They were both arrested and charged in connection and reports for each will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
