A much-loved Glasgow restaurant has celebrated a huge milestone.

Bucks Bar recently celebrated opening their restaurant on West Regent Street in the city centre eight years ago.

Announcing its birthday on social media, the venue said it was a 'nostalgic day' thinking of all the 'amazing moments' and 'incredible customers' they have had over the years.

They also thanked punters who have dined and continue to at all of their locations across Scotland.

The popular food spot is known for dishing up fried chicken, burgers, wings, and much more.

"Thank you so much to everyone who has and continues to walk through our doors across all five Buck’s Bar venues in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

"We truly are so grateful for all the support we’ve had and look forward to the next eight."

Currently, the restaurant has three venues in Glasgow.

One is located on West Regent Street, the other is in the city's Trongate, and the third is on Cathcart Road in the Southside.
