A motor was deliberately torched in a 'busy residential area' in Glasgow.
Detectives are appealing for information following the blaze in the Maryhill area of the city on Sunday, September 22.
Officers say at around 9.45pm a parked car was deliberately set alight on Stronend Street.
999 crews rushed to the scene and the vehicle was found to be extensively damaged.

Detective Constable Fraser McGill from Maryhill CID said: “This fire-raising took place in a busy residential area and we are appealing for any potential witnesses to come forward.
“If anyone saw or heard anything suspicious, or if you have private CCTV or dashcam footage which could be of significance to our investigation, please get in touch.”
A spokesperson for Police Scotland added: "Anyone with information can contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 3753 of Sunday, September 22, 2024.
