Bags of coke and cannabis found during 7.30am raid on Glasgow home

A drug dealer caught in a £32,000 police raid was jailed today for 15 months.

Sam Juma, 33, was snared with cocaine and cannabis at his home in Glasgow's Cardonald on September 9 2022.

Glasgow Sheriff Court heard how officers attended the property after a warrant was granted at 7.30am.

A number of items which included drug paraphernalia were seized which had traces of herbal on them.

Greater amounts of cannabis and cocaine were also found in black bags.

Prosecutor Lauren Donnelly stated: "The total amount of cannabis had a potential value of £23,220.

"The cocaine had a potential value between £7,360 and £9,200."

Juma pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine and cannabis.
