Football fans have the chance to buy rare football tops and pre-loved Premiership kits at a pop-up event next weekend.
The event will take place at the St. Enoch shopping centre in the city centre between November 28 and 29 on the first level of the mall.
It will be run by sports charity initiative Kitback, which was launched by not-for-profit Street Soccer Scotland earlier this year, in a bid to upcycle and re-sell pre-loved football shirts to raise funds for the charity’s vital work and reduce environmental waste.
Established in 2009, Street Soccer Scotland uses football as a tool to create positive change.
It offers free, trauma-informed football sessions, and seeks to empower those most vulnerable in society by reducing isolation, building communities and providing opportunities.
David Duke, founder of Street Soccer Scotland, said: “Kitback is more than just a campaign; it’s a movement that brings together our shared love for football with environmental awareness and a collective commitment to supporting local communities.
