The parking restriction signage at a sports stadium in Glasgow has been deemed "inadequate and confusing" as a fine appeal was won.
Current signage on the streets around the ground includes yellow signs, about a foot tall and a few feet wide, which state that parking holders are for permit holders only during events.
The case was argued on the basis that there was not enough signage, and what was there was unclear and therefore unenforceable.

The parking fine, from April this year, was on Danes Drive, just along from Scotstoun Stadium in the West End, where the Glasgow Warriors rugby team play.
It was first appealed to the council and rejected, then to the Parking Tribunal, where the appeal was upheld.
Peter Simpson's father lives on the street, and a family member was visiting him from out of town when they parked their car on Danes Drive, only to return and find a fine notice stuck to their windshield.
Peter, who grew up in the area, said: "Anyone who doesn't live there won't know about the parking restrictions and can easily miss the small signs.
"They're not big enough to stand out to someone who isn't already aware of them, they're so easy to miss."
Peter said the comment was made during the appeal that "if they want to enforce this, temporary signage, as in more visible signs, should be put up the day before, stating the hours the parking restrictions are in place for, then removed afterwards."
"Ultimately, the appeal was upheld because the signage regarding parking restrictions was deemed to be confusing and inadequate," Peter added.
Glasgow City Council say that they disagree with the decision and that they are "satisfied" with the signs around the area.
The Glasgow Times visited Danes Drive, which has two of the yellow signs at the stadium end of the street.
There is one sign at each of the adjacent street entrances, except Dunglass Avenue.
There are signs on the entrances to Verona Avenue, Ormiston Avenue, Duncan Avenue, Vancouver Road, and Lennox Avenue.
Yellow signs are also on posts at the entrances to Upland Road and Northland Drive.
A Glasgow City Council spokesperson said: “This appeal was upheld by an external adjudicator, and we disagree with their decision.
“We have reviewed the event day parking zone signage around Scotstoun Stadium, and we are satisfied there is appropriate signage is in place.”
